Free site submit rules
[1.1] Reciprocal link is required. We have 3 different styles of buttons. Please use one of them:

[1.2] Minimum of 20 pics per freesite.
[1.3] Title must be up to 40 symbols.
[1.4] Description must be from 20 up to 1000 symbols.
[1.5] We do not accept sites related to best**lity, chi*d pornogra**y, pa**wordz, sc*ms, and any other illegal stuffs.
[1.6] No more than 4 banners links to sponsors on each page.
[1.7] Content must be on the same domain as the site.
[1.8] Only real domain names accepted. No IP's and redirect services. Do not use IP adress.
[1.9] No pop up consoles ever, No FPAs or bannerfarms. Please, try to do not use JavaScript.
[1.10] No blind links on your pages. Do not cheat the surfers in any way.
AVS And Pay site submit rules
[2.1] Link to us from outside the protected area. :)
[2.2] Make sure that you give us a backdoor or a temporary user pass. This info will be kept private. Put it into description.

[3.1] No more than 1 submit per webmaster per day.
[3.2] I will decline all freesites that send out links to their own scripts (even if it is just simpla out clicks counters). Send it directly to a sponsor site.
