Sex facts – Information you can use to sound very smart

Sex has always been an intriguing topic across the planet, and whether you consider yourself an expert, or an absolute beginner, there are some things you probably haven’t heard so far. There are new facts about sex every day, and they’ll mostly bizarre and totally useless, but it’s nice when you can use them at some party to look like a well informed pervert. And who knows, maybe these facts will give you new ideas on how to spice up your bedroom activities.

1.On global scale, lovers on average have sex 139 times a year. According to Durex Global Sex survey, the French are the most active lovers in the world, with as many as 167 sexual intercourses per year. It may be interesting to try and beat this score, because we know there’s a sex animal hidden deep inside you.

2. There are some bio-degradable condoms on the market. Those made of lambskin and latex are biodegradable, while polyurethane condoms are not. We’ll use this opportunity to thank the inventor of today’s condoms, because condoms made from goat’s bladder don’t sound tempting at all. No wonder people back in the day used to have at least five kids…

3. Sex with a celebrity is the No. 1 fantasy for the most sexually active people in the world. But according to Durex survey, every fourth person is dreaming about sex with their best friend. Yeah, some like to keep it real. So basically, it’s better to let your partner fantasise about Megan Fox who they’ll probably never meet, than to leave him/her alone with someone familiar.

4. Do not take a shower after sex! It may sound disgusting, but there’s a good reason. Showering will rinse the good bacteria in vagina and can even disrupt the natural PH levels, which can easily lead to a more serious infection of reproductive organs. Here’s an idea! Have sex in the shower all the time.

5. Believe it or not, blue testicles are not a myth! Unfortunately, it doesn’t mean your boyfriend is some kind of a prince with blue blood. This can happen when uneven blood flow causes an increase in the volume of the penis and blood remains “trapped” in the genitals. There’s nothing royal about it, yeah.

6. Couples on average take about 8 months to conceive a baby. So, if you’re planning to get pregnant, don’t worry even if the whole year passes and you’re still not getting a positive pregnancy test. Making a baby isn’t that easy, although it can always happen. Therefore, if you don’t want a child, always use protection.

7. Have you tried to make love to different types of music? You probably have, but we bet you haven’t tried good, old classical music. Chopin, Mozzart and Beethoven are known to inspire people to do all sorts of crazy shit in bed. We still don’t know why though, but who cares?

And Buzz Feed for the win ..
